Day 1 of camp

Hey everybody~
We started camp today. There are about 200 campers. It's been a pretty crazy day...but very fun! When we met with the kids that signed up for our workshop, I discovered that I will be in charge of the choir!!! Which is something I was nervous about before coming. But today, it all felt good. God has truly supplied al me needs there!!! Please pray that I will be affective as a leader & show Christ to the girls in my choir!
We went to church in Tomasuwa. PROeM has also started a church in the city. We got to hear the sermon twice....1st in Engish, then translated in Polish. It was very cool to be reminded that we had a bond....IN CHRIST!!! We all are called to love God & serve Him!
Today at lunch, we had some interesting "Mystery" meat! We Americans thought it was kind of a cross of Spam & Meatloaf...with some wierd spices going on too! Needless, to say, I didn't eat much...1 bite! Then had potato soup w/ sauerkraut & dill. I'm not a big fan of it either! Peanut butter has become my best friend again!:)
We will have a worship service tonight, and then a concert by the worship band from Souteast Churh in Louisville! That should be very good!
It has been unseasonably warm this week. They say it is very warm for what they are used to. And NO AIR CONDITIONING! But it's actually not been TOO bad. And it's really cooling down in the evening!
"Jin culia" or thank you for your prayers! (That's not how you spell it, but that's what it sound like!)
Love~ Lisa
